King George

Set on Moss Lane in Hale, the King George is a long-standing community pub with deep local roots. Originally called The Moss, it occupies a building near the former Hale Moss clay pits. The cosy interior features snug alcoves and fireplaces, plus a pool table, darts board and TVs showing live sport. A weekly quiz night adds to the regular entertainment.
